I have to give a talk in church about prayer and how it brings families closer together. I would like to open with something funny, it doesn't have to be a joke about prayer but it has to be oppropriate for church. I don't want websites with jokes or advice, I would like some actual specific lines or jokes I could tell, thanks a lot

I thought about this idea. How about having knee pads on and making a comment about praying so much your knees began to hurt. But,
how thankful you are that God answers prayer.
Then start your talk with for example I prayed for........, I constantly pray for my brother because he is always trying to do outrageous things. etc
