You can't spot lose. Cardio exercise will help burn fat from all over your body.

To spot tone your tricep, do tricept kickbacks and other exercises that target that muscle (dumb bells are helpful). Do a search online for tricep exercises so you can see the things you can do to tone that muscle as you burn the fat with whatever cardio routine you do.

Good luck!

Some people have a tendency to gain weight (fat) around their bellies, behind their legs, in their behind, or behind their arms. Unfortunately there is not a simple solution to these problems. Isolation to fat deposit areas does not work (although arnold would disagree - and I tend to believe his theory - but that is another topic). But for the most part "targeting" problem areas does not work.

What will work is a good full body workout and a good diet. To target your tricep for fat reduction will not work, but doing tricept exercises will help to lift the muscle, offering more muscle tone. Working the front of you arm (bicep) is key too. Excercising front and back will help shape the arm...

hope this helps.

I think the fastest way to lose fats on triceps are to do this one excersice. I'm not sure what it's called, but you sit with the table behind your back and put your hands there and try to push yourself up. hope this helps. & go on a low fat diet.

You're body doesn't work like that. It loses fat from everywhere. You can shape it up by doing various excercises. See www.menshealth.com for some.

Start eating well, and exercise. Again, you cannot spot reduce, so when you decrease the percentage of body fat, you are decreasing it from all over.
