I am willing to bet you if sancuary cities did lose their fedral funding they would be the first ones bussing the illegals back to Mexico.

Yes. They should stop funding. "Sanctuary cities" are willfully defying the laws of the land by harboring, aiding and abetting lawbreakers. The public officials who enact these policies should be arrested and tried as such.

That sounds like a good idea to me. If a city flagrantly violates federal laws then they shouldn't get any federal money.

No because it will hurt people who are not involved. What they need to do is file charges against the people who did not do their jobs and get them off of the streets.
