the problem you are haveing is how you are doing your diet . number one you need to eat six small meals every two to three hours Thu out the day. including portions and weighing your food on the food scale. stay away from the crackers they are loaded with high carbs and salt. and by only eating two times a day you are putting your body in a starvation mode so there fore you will gain wight. increase you water to eight glasses a day. work out three times a week for thirty min. on a treadmill when you over do it on work outs you can not recover in time for the next work out. you need to increase your protein by using whey protein from eas you can have that as a snack after you eat breakfast like two or three hours after that you can have a whey protein shake with flax seed oil . and what also might help you talk to a personal trainer to help you plan out a diet and what to eat and what to avoid. and how many calories you need a day to loose weight. and you can also try the web www.ediets.com. that is what i did to help me . hope this helps.

Couple of things- First off, you're messing w/your metabolism if you're only eating a few crackers and drinking juice! Most experts say that eating 4-5 SMALL meals a day is best for your metabolism, but something of substance. You should get protein sources, like yogurt, nuts or legumes (black beans, etc.), as well as fruits and vegetables-complex carbs being the idea- crackers are refined foods that aren't burned-off as efficiently and juices can contain a bunch of sugar. Also, you're going to have much greater success if you do some regular cardio workouts (don't worry- some 20 minute walks will even get you started) Hope this helps!

you're not eating enough and because you aren't your body is in starvation mode so it is thwarting your efforts to lose weight because it thinks you will die if you do. you need to make sure you're getting at least (1200 for women, 1500 for men) calories a day or you will NEVER see results. make sure you have at least one day a week for your body to rest as well because your body needs the time to do the repairs from the damage exercise causes it. continue drinking TONS of water and also try eating 6 small meals a day rather than your 1 or 2. make sure you are including LOTS OF FRUITS AND VEGGIES as well as a healthy variety of lean proteins, whole grain carbs and healthy fats. body builders typically use this ratio: 45/35/20 which means 45% of your calories should be from whole grain carbs, 35% should be from lean proteins and 20% should be from healthy fats. check out the book "Eating for Life" by Bill Phillips. It will really help you understand how the body works when it comes to eating and exercising.

when you eat less than every 2-3hours your metabolism slows down, especially if you eat only once a day - your body wants to store in reserves as much as it can because the next time its getting food is in 24h.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I uncooked feed either one of my puppies. I'm relatively new to uncooked feeding, however were discovering it for a even as. When you are speakme approximately via-merchandise in dog food, the ones aren't ft, organs, and many others. They are speakme approximately hair (which Patient Paws recounted), feathers (stress-cooked with steam till forming a gel), or even blood-soaked sawdust from a meatpacking flooring. Some business puppy meals additionally include the equal factor determined in clay kitty muddle! There is not anything unsuitable with a puppy consuming ft or organs, and even bird backs and neckbones! My puppies occur to LOVE pigs ft. Organs are particularly wealthy in vitamins and minerals and are honestly very well to your pets.

You're not eating enough and you won't lose weight until you eat a healthy meal 3 times a day.
