This is the first place your body targets when you are dehydrated. Drink lots of water! You should be drinking 8-10 glasses of water each day. I recommend half purified water and half mineral water. 50/50 This will hydrate your body better than just plain water. our body loses minerals very quickly and when you are depleted of minerals muscles start to have dehydration.

For now, if you have something shaped like a cylinder and made out of hard material (think of a large rolling pin you would use for pizza dough or something) place it under your leg and push down and roll it back and forth...this should massage the spasms out of your leg. It will hurt while you're doing it, but more so the type of pain that actually feels good, in the long run.

Ooo, Charlie Horses! Those hurt so bad. You're probably dehydrated. You need to drink more water during the day. They are also caused by a lack of potassium in your diet. Bananas are rich in potassium if you can stand to eat one a day. A hard workout the day before can also cause them. Make sure you stretch really well before and after workouts - especially your calves. Those tend to get neglected stretching wise.

It's calcium. I've located that taking liquid minerals, to be had on the well being meals retailer, I can get close to whole alleviation in not up to 10 seconds. I too can get alleviation by way of consuming approximately a quart of entire milk. If you consume an excessive amount of sugary meals, you're going to drink extra water, and urinate extra, which bills you calcium. This is chiefly real if in case you have diabetes. Most folks with diabetes do not comprehend it. It could pay to shop for a glucometer to verify your self. If your fasting stage is over a hundred and twenty mg/dl, that is diabetes. Buy any existence coverage or well being coverage you want *earlier than* your health practitioner diagnoses diabetes, seeing that it's going to grow to be MUCH extra costly afterwards.
