Yes, he is a real dentist. He has an online dental group that he runs, that I am a member of, so I know for a fact that he is a real dentist. Even if I wasn't a member of his group, I can tell someone with actual dental knowledge from someone without it.
And it is obvious that Dr Albert is also a dentist. I have read his answers before and he is a real dentist.
I don't know either one of their exact schedules with patients, but if they have internet access in their offices, which I am sure they do, they can very easily get online and answer question between patients.
Just like me, and numerous other "real" dental professionals on here, they both find it enjoyable to help educate people in dentistry.
Trust me, he is real.

Yes I believe that Dr. Sam is in fact a real dentist by how he answers questions. However there are a few people that respond on yahoo answers that claim that they are dentists, however reading some of their answers I sometimes think otherwise.
