I am guessing there is a question there, not just a life goal.

One practical issue to deal with is where you are going to look for those air bubbles. A lot of major arteries are deep in the body (on purpose for their protection) so your detector (if it is to be non-invasive) is going to have a tough time seeing details there. Also there are a lot of arteries in which air bubbles would be critical but they are amongst complex structures like the ones in the brain and the lungs.

Start with the sensor. What are the possibilities? Ultrasound, etc.
