limit to wat you eat starting from breakfast(Which is most important) to dinner which is lease important. if you consume mainly protien for dinner and lots of good carbs and fruits in the morning you should be ok and the extra weight might just mean that you gained more muscle becuase muscle weight more than fat.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats
and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little

You probably do need to cleanse your colon. Are you following the rules of eating? Big breakfast & medium lunch not eating past 4 or 5 pm? Your biggest meal needs to be in the morning as this is when your metabolism works the fastest. You should also drink lots of water and eliminate all dairy, eggs and meats from your diet (especially the unclean ones like pork, shrimp, etc.) You may have a thyroid problem as well where you need to have a very strict and healthy diet. since you are doing minimum of cardio (the first 20-30min you lose carbs and only then start losing fat) and doing a lot of weight lifting (for fat loss its recomended to do light weight 3 times a week) you might have gained a lot of muscle.
do cardio 4-6 times a week for 45-55min.
have one day a week for your body to rest - it needs to recover.

Well, you're exercising every day of the week, and giving the body no time to rest. You are performing resistance exercises everyday, and again the muscles are not given a chance to rest. You are basically keeping the body in a broken down state, and not giving it the time needed to rebuild itself. You are not eating any carbs, which should be ingested to give you the energy you need to exercise at 100%, and to satisfy the daily needs of your metabolism. This is why you are not losing any weight.

Most of the above suggestions are good. A cleanse woudnt hurt, either. If all else still fails, you might consider getting a check up with your doctor. I had same problem, and found out i had a thyroid disorder, and it was a simple fix with meds to correct.

Your not losing because fat weighs less than muscle so as you tone your muscle it may look as you have lost but the scale says different
