It may be a form or keratosis pilaris. It usually appears on upper arms & is commonly referred to as "chicken skin" or "chicken bumps," but can appear on the face.
Stop squeezing them to avoid scarring. The best thing to do is to see your doctor or dermatologist for professional advice.

Some ppl use alcohol, however depending on ur level of acne that may or may not be a good idea. If ur face gets ashy easy use clearasil and things of that nature b ut if ur face doesnt get ashy easily use alcohol. Also u can use something called Clean & Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment. U can find it in cvs and basically u rub a lil bit of the liquid on the bump and it goes away in like 1 to 3 days

Get yourself on a good, well formulated skin care regime and use it consistently. Look for a product that is pure, safe, and beneficial. My son had this for a number of years - on his cheeks. He uses Arbonne's Intelligence skin care line and it has improved immensely.
You might also want to look at Arbonne's FYI tinted moisturizer. This will even out your skin tone, and provide SPF protection of 15. Protecting your skin from the sun is very important

It could be a rash rather than spots - you may be allergic to something you have been using on your face or you may simply have sensitive skin. Try using plain soap and water on your face for a while and nothing else (no lotions, creams or makeup), if it doesn't clear up seek advice from your doctor, they may be able to refer you to a dermatologist.
