There are Jewish people who believe in Jesus Christ.

But it is also written in the Holy Bible, that Israel's eyes are blinded until the fulness of the Church (in all nations) comes to be. Then also, the Church supports Israel, and Israels eyes are opened.

I think it is because God's salvation plan is for everyone and came from the Jews through the Messiah. So, the Word of God must be published & preached in all nations then the end shall be...

Basically, the reason is that the Messiah had to fulfill a whole bunch of prophesies - and Jesus didn't fulfill all of them. So the Jews believe that Jesus may have been a prophet, but he was not the Messiah.

The four big ones that the rabbis & jews say that Jesus didn't fulfill are:

1. Ezekiel 37:26-28: Build the Third Temple

2. Isaiah 43:5-6: Gather all Jews back to the Land of Israel

3. Isaiah 2:4: Usher in an era of world peace, and end all hatred, oppression, suffering and disease. "Nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall man learn war anymore."

4. Zechariah 14:9: Spread universal knowledge of the G-d of Israel - uniting the entire human race as one: "G-d will be King over all the world—on that day, G-d will be One and His Name will be One"

The Christians counter that Jesus will do all of that - when he comes back to earth at the end times. The jews counter that with when Jesus does that, then we'll accept him as the messiah.

It's a bit of a paradox.

Something Christians don't understand is that Jesus was not the only one claiming to be the Messiah. There were other people, one who was killed by crucifixion only a week before Jesus , who not only said they were the Messiah, but also claimed miracles and had followers. Every year at Passover there was (and still is) a massive Jewish congregation at Jerusalam, and the year before Jesus dies (at passover and the last supper the night before, etc. you know the story) there was another "Messiah" who claimed a virgin birth, miracles and to fufill the prophecies of the Old Testament. When he was taken by the Romans and crucified, the people (he had hundreds of followers) rioted. They stormed and burned the Roman barracks, and it took another Legion to put them down. This is why Pilate was on such a high alert when Jesus came to Jerusalam, especially on a donkey (Pilate was an extrememly well read ruler, and he did know of the Hebrew prophesies.) The long and short of it is that to many Jews, Jesus was nothing new. He was one among many who was claimed to be the Messiah, and when he was captured and killed he could have, like so many before him, faded from history. Some of the Jews carried on his tradition, some didn't because they didn't think Jesus was the Messiah.

First, there was no written articles made by any of the Prophets that will warrant the claim that God has a Son whom He is going to send to save mankind from their sins. Prophet Isaiah only wrote about a young maiden who will bear a son, not about saving the world but the desolation that will happen on Judah and Israel.
Second, there is a great sign between God and the people of Israel that will have go for generations. That is the strict observation of the Sabbath Day of rest. Jesus' disciples descrated that and instead of telling his disciples to stop and observe it, he even justified it by giving shallow reasons and furtherly claimed himself to be the Lord of the Sabbath.
Third, if you will read 2Samuel 7: 13-14, you will find the truth how one of His Chosen can be called His son and He the Father. From there you may also find why Jesus was punished by the rods and floggings by his own men (fellow Jews.) The whole Book of Torah where the The Old Testament was based never claimed that God had a son. If ever Mary was made pregnant in the New Testament, she was not impregnated by God by the Word of God like His word to Abraham when Sarah bore Isaac. It is a promise that was made true.
To be called a Son is just be chosen to do a job for God just as He chose Israel to be His children. because He wanted them to propagate a Monotheistic belief in Him and therefore having Jesus as a son is like going back to the mythical belief of Persia, Egypt, Rome and Greece.
Finally, using common sense, if you believe that God only created everyone meaning like you hiring someone to serve you for your own purpose and they fail to do what you are asking them to do and even really destroy everything you work so hard for, will you ask your son and tell him, " Son, go down and let those hired ones kill you so they can all pay me for their mistakes." Such a Stupid God you have and do not tell me I do not know the workings of God. My God who happens to be the Jewish God also is not the God that the deceivers created for you.

Because Jewish people are smart and the story about Jesus is Dumb and for Dumb people.

Jesus was just some guy that is either a scammer or was being used by scammers. Prophets are called prophets for a reason because they "Profited" off of these claims.

You don't know if there is a God and either do I.

Jesus is a scam to control people and the Jews are much much too smart to fall for that fairy tale nonsense. That's why. No offense.

Because the 'Son of God' nonsense at the heart of Christianity is a pagan concept that the Jews are instructed to reject in their Holy Scriptures.

Only the pagan or Gentile gods had sons with human females. There is also no mention of it in the entire Hebrew Bible, so of course they would reject it. Their God and their Priests told them to.

It's a huge leap to connect the confused Greek concept of a 'Messiah' from the Elusian Mystery cults to a Hebrew 'Messiah', which is a political position as Priest/Warrior/King.

The two concepts have nothing to do with each other and the Jesus in the Gospels is modeled after the Greek version.

Ultimately, Christianity was only adopted by the people whose ideas created it, the Greeks and the Romans.

Not a coincidence.

Even worse than that, the Old Testament books in the Christian Bible are deliberately mistranslated to help maintain the illusion that Jesus fulfilled prophecies. Those patchwork 'prophecies' read very differently in the original Hebrew.

It all just deception, like the Mormons convincing themselves that Native Americans are Hebrew.

One may be that they expected the Messiah to save them from their tyrants, i.e the Romans. So Jesus did not do what they expected. As Jesus' popularity was growing, the people of the High Court decided to execute him by saying that it is better for a man to die for the country. This was because they were afraid that Jerusalem will be destroyed if those who supported Christ will riot against the Romans.
I think this holds because after Christ, someone came and claimed he was the Messiah and he and his group led a riot against the Romans, which led to the destruction of the temple by the Romans.

It's not that they don't believe in the Messiah, it's that when Jesus came, they expected some awesome presentation. But Jesus came as the lamb of God, rather than as a roaring lion. The Jews therefore rejected him as being the son of God, even when he said who he was.

There were also those pharisees who were afraid that Jesus would threaten their high positions. They knew who Jesus was, but didn't want to bow down to Him. In their ignorance, they decided to force his murder, though he was innocent of any crime. But this is why Jesus came, so they actually were fulfilling prophesy when they had Him nailed to the cross.

The Pharisees told the Roman soldiers to spread lies about Jesus not being resurrected, and that remains to this day. Also, during the Crusades, the Crusaders slaughtered a multitude of Jews if they didn't convert. Christians view the cross as a sign of salvation; Jews view it as an electric chair. It's so... sad.

They believe that the Messaiah has not come yet.
To mind comes a story our pastor told a few years back. He was visiting Israel. One of the tour guides, a non believer, said proudly:" You know, we were the ones to write the bible." The pastor answered:" Yes, and we believe it."
The Jews are God's chosen people and at some point they too will believe that Jesus Christ is the Savior they have been waiting for.
