"Please could you help me over here?" Depends on the tone of voice in which it is delivered. Polite tone and with no irony behind it, it's perfectly polite.

"Some help would be nice!" There is almost no way to delier this line without come across as sarcastic. Delivered apologetically, with a smile, and no indication of impatience, it might be perceived as a plea for assistance without an overtone of impatience or sarcasm, but I think most help staff are going to find it rude.

"Hey, I need some help!" Same as previous. You either come across as distressed or rude, depending on the tone.

These answers are all required at some places. #1 should be used first; if no response #2 can be used but watch your tone!; still no service #3 is okay. If still no response, leave. But before you go, tell the manager about your issues with the service/lack of service you received.

ps. #2 is rather rude and sarcastic
#3 is also rude, but may be appropriate
#1 is very polite, and should be used first
