we have tried graveyard dirt which worked with the person who we could name but we dont know the othe peoples names.

i am aware that I cannot meddle with free will but these people are unapproachable and inconsiderate. the noise goes on till 02.00 in the mornings and no one is helping us.

Oh if you are studying to be a wiccan warlock , perhaps these people were sent to you for practice .
I wouldnt have any compunction in using your powers to stop this . In fact ive answerd so many questions today fronm exsaperated individuals that using whitcraft would be a viable option I think that most would like to use a meat clever .
I cannot help you with the wiccan stuff I g et the books on whitchcraft and havent the patience to put them into practice
How about finding a covern the increased focus of thought might get rid of your bothersome nieghbors after all you will be using White magic

My house is particularly quiet, I stay in a rural section on a rustic street. The noisest factor is the site visitors in the front area of the abode. there's a stream in the back of the abode and it attracts relatively some birds. So I placed my fowl feeder precise up in front of my kitchen window. precise under the eve of the roof, keeps the seeds advantageous 'n dry. They in no way get moist whilst it rains. i've got had many varieties of birds, even some that are way too huge to perch on the feeder. lol So whilst the climate is advantageous, I placed out a dish on the grass for the super birdies. My neighbor around the corner is often construction something, or tinkering, by way of out the day. yet our residences are distant and he's quiet as quickly as the solar is going down.

Are you trying to charm or put a spell on these people. Is that unfair in the sense that you are invoking something outside of yourself which is not on the same level as maybe calling the police? If you walk this way it will rebound later on you a hundredfold. You should face these people and not try magic on them, maybe it makes you feel superior.

Why not ask the people to stop being so loud. It is not okay to mess with other people's free will...you should know that!

You need to use a cast to ask the god or goddess to help you figure out what to do, not on your neighbors to shut them up. Ask for help with yourself first. Ask them to guide you to what will work in this situation. You can't cause harm to anyone, and harm is messing with someone else's free will. You are looking to get yourself into a lot of trouble if you choose the wrong path. Whatever you choose will come back to you three fold, so choose a positive way to handle this situation or you will regret it in the long run....maybe your karma is catching up to you from your last neighbors and that's why these neighbors moved in.

The only thing I've triend is reporting noisy neighbours to the council. Which doesn't work very well.
Have you tried talking to them about the problem?

Why not pop down to your local butcher shop and purchase a Cow's tongue. Nail this to their front door, preferably with lots of dripping blood and I am sure they will move soon enough.
If you want to try something psychological why not get a recording of a woman screaming very loudly with a background music of a violin. The screaming should be random and play this very loudly through the walls. They wont be able to time the screams and should have their nerves on edge, especially if they don't know when you will play it.
If after this you find a cows tongue nailed to your front door, move.

so, first of all what's a wiccan, and why do you think only they can help you? secondly throwing grave dirt at people is not nice, and third get a baseball bat or something and threaten your neighbour with it. Although this may cause a confrontational and potentially violent situation. or move, or lodge a formal complaint. I know how you feel though I've had the same problem before.

I am going to have to look Wiccans up first,thats a new one on me,talk to your landlord if you have or ask Citizens advice for help.Good Luck,I would hate to be in your shoes.
