No, I don't feel like I'll never lose it, but I do often get frustrated when it doesn't come off as quickly as I desire...or when I reach my goal, get lazy, and put a chunk of it back on (I'm currently working on re-losing 15 lbs I gained last year after losing 35 lbs and getting 20 of them back).
Just hang in there...be diligent...eat well, exercise a lot, and if you splurge now and then don't let it get you down, just get back on track.
You'll get there if you keep at it...hang in there! ☺

Don't loose hope, don't be depressed about it. It's easy as math: You need a number of calories from carbs, protein and fat per day. If you put in more than what you need, your body will save it for later, in the form of FAT!!!! You have only one choice: eat healthy and exercise! Forget extreme diets, they only make you want to eat other stuff. Practice 20-30 minutes of exercise a day and you will feel better healthier and loose weight.

If your exercising theres no way your going to keep gaining... if you eat the same, but exercise every few days [like hard core cardio and strength training] you can maintain your weight... But until you add exercise into your" strict diet" you might not see results, and yes you will battle it forever... just 15-30 min of any kind of work out that makes you SWEAT, youll be seeing remarkable results... take it or leave it.. but id take this advice if i were you...

i've got lost 5 pounds in my first week. it is my 10th day and that i've got coated salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean rooster) as you reported. After 4 years of attempting, the fat is ultimately coming off. It somewhat sounds like magic! get began as we talk!

im sure everybody feels like that sometimes.
losing weight IS hard and it takes a lot of time plus you have to stick to good and healthy eating habits for the rest of your life. and as soon as you understand that it gets a lot easier. dont look at what you cant have - look at all the food you can have.
