I took my kids to a new chruch, and I was very happy with it. Then my daughter came and said that the teacher played a game with her. She started by sucking her thumbs together and then she would touch mine and then a big hug came along with it and a kiss in the mouth. I was stunned, we have 1 month and 2 weeks. I don't know if I can trust anyone. I really love to go to chruch I am a pentecostal assembly of God and my heart is so torn up. My daughter is 3 years old and I have a son that is 2 years old they go to the same class.

That's horrible. I would speak to the pastor about it and see if there was some sort of misunderstanding with your child or if that was exactly what happened. That's terrible if that's indeed the truth.

If need be, go to a different church. Don't give up on living a Christian life because of sinful man.

At your next church, I would say that you might want to attend for a while, get to know the pastor and especially the Sunday school teachers before you leave the kids with them. But I don't blame you for the shock - I would never expect something that like to happen!

Seek God and trust in Him. Love your kids like God loves you. Just continue to seek the LORD.

God bless.

I am sorry for this you all suffered. The only thing I can say is that, although it gets hard at times, it can be done. Here are 5 things, not in any particular order, which will help greatly.

Pray, pray, pray, etc.
Read and meditate on the word.
Testify/wittiness.
Faithfully tithe and give offerings.
Do NOT fail to attend services and fellowship with other saints as often as possible.

Post Script:
Always remember that no person can serve God with the nature that they are born with. And that it takes the radical execution of this nature by God and His immediate infusion of His Holy Spirit to serve God. It is only when this happens, that they can live holy being able to serve God.

Try another church. You might find a bad apple anywhere you go, but generally in larger churches you won't find unsupervised teachers with children. I am sorry you had a bad experience, but you are right, there is so much sin in this world that it is difficult to cope. But you must, you have to carry on in the faith that God will not let you and your family down.

If this is the only church in your area or town, then purchase Sky Angel a Christian satellite program if you have Dish Network. If you can't do that tune into these internet Christian programs.

Your story is hard to believe, but if it is true you need to report this behavior to the police.

Be a good example! Follow Jesus' example on the Cross and continue to stand up for what is morally righteous. Don't give up on ur faith. I wish i could help u with ur children but, seeing as i don't have any of my own.... But u really should confront that sicko teacher and give'm the whole low down.

Flush "law worketh wrath" as "dung" for "grace is sufficient".
"No law" = no sin (Romans 5:13) = no sting of death either.
In Christ: "the end of the law" there is no law: sin and death.

As for the "churches" the exhortation is come out from them.
Galatains is notably the only book written "unto the churches".
That should ring seven bells when reading Revelation 2 & 3.

"Christ": "is the end of the law": Romans 10:4
"Eternal salvation" is "through Jesus -> Christ".
"Through Jesus -> Christ" ends with "Christ".
To wit, God was in "Christ: reconciling the world.

The grace(only) of our Lord Jesus->Christ with you all. Amen.

I don't know what kind of churches you have. Were I live we don't leave a three year old child at church unattended. I don't find it necessary to put them into a class at that age. When your children ask about God I'm sure you can teach them yourself.

Evil is everywhere, even in the church. Get yourself out of that church and pray to God for another Church .... there are plenty of options out there. Go where God wants you to go as I'm sure in your heart and in your questioning this right now he has been motivating you to leave this one. I too will pray for you to find another church... a good bible based church learning truth.

I don't know if this a serious question or a troll, but child abuse can happen in all sorts of places, not just in a religious setting. You need to be more careful about who you leave your kids with.

God is the only true judge and we are supposed to please Him only, even Jesus showed us with his example, total submission to His Father. You dont need to belong to any human religious organization to follow Jesus' teachings. You are the only one who can save yourself. Dont feel bad because you dont trust your church or any other church. Please God, not humans.
