I bet you anything you are dealing with an outbreak of viral gastroentrenitis, or the stomach flu. It's a nightmare to go through, but it does run its course in 24 to 48 hours. Santitize changing tables and places where vomitting occured with bleach. Bleach is very effective at killing the rotavirus and Norwalk virus, the two most common culprits for this.

That is a hard bug to get rid of. We had that one twice this year at my place. Lysol and bleach are your friends! Wash and germ-x your hands religiously. Wash all of your soft toys. Bleach or Lysol all of your hard surface toys. There is a product called Clorox anywhere spray. It doesn't contain bleach but disinfects! You can even spray it on your carpets! Usually a good cleaning on Friday and setting over the week-end will help. Be sure and keep your toilet seats and faucets disinfected several times throughout the day. (When we have a particularly bad bug, we disinfect in the morning, during nap, and before going home in the restrooms.) Good luck.
