It is too late.... last time it fell out he had to repierce through the inside... it hurt... i didn't like it.... this time I tried and tried and can't get it through... I don't know when it fell out .... can't believe I found it.... . how should I care for this now.... I had my nose pierced almost a year. How long will it take to not look like a giant pore on my face?

like.. the whole thing fell out while I was asleep..... I don't know how with the curve in it... but it did.... and I am not interested in going through a repierce... I only have a year left until I graduate anyway and my future career would not jive with a nose ring. Saltwater eh? Everyone else agree?

It sounds like you had a straight or bent nose stud. Even though you're not interested in a repierce, I'll say that nostril screws are much better. I hated having to search under my pillow and then stab my face *again* first thing in the morning - not fun, and asking for a scar. I'd say just keep it clean and no touchy!

well let it be for like to month and like let it close then when you notice its closed then get it pierced again then every night take out the nose piercing ring and put it away and clean you nose with alcohol then in the morning clean the nose piercing ring with alcohol and your nose again and put it in and just keep doing this and you wont have any problems!! i pierced it myself on the right and it got infected so i just let it close and it got better so then i went and got it done on the left at this one place and i had it for a while but then took it off and my nose looks perfectly fine I'm going to get it done again soon though again!!

I just got my cartilage peirced yesterday and he told me the only solution u ever put on a peircing is SALT WATER. This will heel it very well. Do it 2-3 times a day. Good Luck

I'd consider going to a dermatologist who may prescribe an antibiotic, to speed the healing process. Your nose/sinus cavity is loaded with germs, so healing could be slowed down considerably.

I had my nose peirced when I was fifteen, now I'm 29 and people still ask me if I ever had my nose peirced, because I still have the mark on my nose. Sorry!
