No. The spice that determines a hot sauce's strength is just pain. The more hot a sauce is the more pain it is causing. God would be able to consume anything he created theoretically.

Hmm, "if" there was a god.. and "if" it were able to make hot sauce.. and "if" it were able to manifest in a physical body.. and "if" that physical body could feel pain.. then yes, I would believe it to be possible for that god to make a hot sauce that even it could not eat.
