No, unfortunately if you reject him, your hope is all gone...
Salvation is for those who accept it...

I know that you are just making a point but it's actually a very interesting one. I know a parent that no matter what their child does they will continue to forgive and love them unconditionally, even though the child doesn't want or accept the parents forgiveness they still carry on loving their child and are ready to accept him and this parent will never give up, so you are right, if this parent, who is a real life person can accept someone and love the child that still rejects them then are they more powerful than the God that has been promoted by alot of religions. I don't think people really understand what unconditional love is

God gave US the gift of free will...we have the choice whether or not to accept His Salvation. If we reject it, that is our choice, which he gave us to make. Even though it would fill Him with sadness (maybe, or maybe not) to lose you to an Eternity of Nothingness, He would not override your Free Will that he gave you as a gift...

But you know what the amazing thing is?? St.Faustina, mid 1920-1930s, received a revelation about God's Divine Mercy, which was in a sense "activated" by Jesus' sacrifice on the Cross. And His Divine Mercy is SO deep and unfathomable that even if you reject Him all your human life, and die rejecting him, when He comes to greet your Soul, you will even THEN be given the chance whether to accept him or not...so even if your life was less-than-stellar and Godless, you can still save yourself, if at that last moment you accept Christ. If you still reject Him, then He will give you what you desire, which is Hell...I'd think carefully before making that choice. What Faustina saw of it was NOT pleasant...(yes, she did have visions of Hell, and also of Purgatory, which incidentally is where you would go if you rejected God all your life, and then accepted him at death...you will eventually get to Heaven, but not without "doing some time" first)

The beauty is, if you feel any resonance with any of this NOW, you could save yourself much sooner :) Blessings to you in your journey, and to All of Us here, as well :)

Peace

Free will is a gift -- meaning your choice of not being saved results in your happiness of Hell for eternity. Just kidding, there's no way I can make sense of that one if Man holds the key to his own salvation.

The way I see it, no one seeks God anyway, it's in our nature to reject him. Therefore God must save your soul in spite of yourself. And that means it's not IF you choose to reject him -- it's even WHEN you choose to reject him. We all would turn away from God save for His direct intervention, and we call it grace when He calls us to Himself.

God is love.
Heaven is accepting and being in the presance of God.
Hell is rejecting and moving away from the presance of God.

So, when you 'reject' God, you of your own free will are choosing to move away from God. God allowed this because He doesn't want mindless "avatar" types worshiping him. A small glimse of the Hell is when a break-up occurs ... Say that you've been in a relationship, and YOU choose to break-up ... can your mate FORCE you to take them back??? God's given us the same option with him as well.

Bible says, 'the soul that is sinning...it itself will die...' The soul is not immortal, it is us, the human body...if you die then it means you have no power at all...God has power over us but he is not the cause or does he made the causes of death. Death is the consequence of sin and is an enemy of God, they do not work together.

If you reject Him, He will not save your soul. Why should He? God's salvation is for those who love Him and want to be with Him in eternity. If you don't love Him and obey Him, He will not extend His hand of grace and mercy to you forcefully.

He could, but He won't because He already chose a way for that it is Jesus Christ.
