Ok this is going to be somewhat gross, but I've always wondered why this happens to me.
ANYTIME I eat anything with either a lot of milk or anything that has grease in it. I get really really sick to my stomach and have the number 2's really badly, and it happens within 10 mins after I eat.
I tried to make sure I get most of the grease off my food, and I've tried to eat different types of milk products. Nothing seems to work.
I've never had this problem before, I dont think I'm lactose...
Greasey things...well I never had that problem either, but I know that grease isnt the best thing to eat.

any ideas on what it could be!??

*sorry if it grossed anyone out*

My goodness...it seems as though I've found my twin! I'm EXACTLY the same. Everything I eat causes "bathroom emergencies", not just greasy foods & milk. Heck, I'm even pregnant and on prenatal vitamins and those are supposed to cause constipation! I believe that I have a bad gall bladder. It's a hereditary thing, every woman on both sides of my family has either had it removed or has problems of this nature. Does anyone in your family experience the same problems? Is there a history of gall bladder disease? If so, I'm pretty sure that should answer your question.

Or, could it be irritable bowel syndrome? Only a doctor would be able to diagnose you properly.

The best way to find out is doing controlled experiments, outside of going to a doctor.

If it is all dairy products, then you are most likely lactose intolerant. If you have specific things which affect you, then you may want to see if alternatives work. Try lactaid or some of the lactose-free "milks".

Also, with the greasy stuff, it might just be that your body doesn't process it well or you digestive system doesn't bind anything to the fat to help process it out. This isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Sometimes, if you are in good shape and tend to eat well, your body becomes a bit finnicky and expects different foods. It can't handle greasy foods or too much dairy because it has modified your digestion to work along with your better eating habits and to get the maximum nutrients out. Greasy food is a overload, which your body isn't used to when you eat well otherwise.

The grease problem makes me think there might be a gall bladder problem (my grandmother had gall stones and grease made her sick), but the milk product part doesn't fit. That part says lactose intolerance to me.

If dairy gives you diarrhea you certainly are lactose intolerant. Use lactaid before meals and avoid dairy when you can. As for grease bothering you use an antacid but also get this checked out at the docs.

Go to the doctor :P

You maybe Lactos ... or however its spelled.

But you may want to see the doctor.
If you dont have insurance and money then try soy. If your allergic to soy then I dont know what to tell you!

As for the grease. I dont know. Try less greasy foods? Its bad for ya anyways :P

I found I had this prblem if I ate pork. Later, if I ate ice cream or drank milk, it would tear up my stomach. So now,if I eat pork chops, I lay off the dairy.
