What does it mean?

Question

Once I dremt that I was stuck in a factory somewhere and the entire building was filling up with poisen gas. I found a window and opened it to breathe in the fresh air from outside and ran downstairs to these big blue doors that was the only exit and just as I was about to try and get out i woke up. I have no idea what happened next, but all i know is that all of my friends were choking to death right in front of me and I couldn't do anything about it. I watched my best friend and boyfrind beg for help while I ran for the door. I have no idea what it means! and It's one of the few dreams that I can actually remember.

the gas could represent the stresses and issues in your life
the open window could represent you trying to find a quick escape from it all
your choking friends could represent some of the stresses in your life

I honestly don't know but i would go to this site. It is where i go and, They tell you what they think it means really does make sense. The whole site is based off dreams and then people saying what they think it means. Some of the people have been there for a long time and they do help me with mine. I would give it a try.

Sounds like you're feeling trapped by something. Something (perhaps someone) is "choking you" you need some space. You're trying to get that space in your dream.

Is it possible that your friends are doing something dangerous and you fear for their safety? At least you're doing the right thing in the dream - running.
