In LA its the collision hounds. I had a side swiper buzz me at a high rate of speed not long ago.

Slow people in the fast lane.
Swinging to the right when making a left turn.
Making a right turn from the middle of the lane instead of pulling to the side first.
Cell phoners that can't drive at the same time.

The utter arrogance of some drivers - who obviously do not give a hoot for other road users! It is as if they are the ONLY ones on the road, own it from side to side for 100 miles behind and beyond, and bugger the rest of the vehicles on the same route! GRRRRR - maddening!!!!

People who drive 5mph below the speed limit then, when you pull out to pass them, either speed up so you can't pass them, or let you pass and then tailgate you the rest of the way.
Another big peeve is people who stop on a right turn when it turns into its own lane!

My top 4:
4. People that don't at least go the speed limit.
3. People that go 10 mph below the speed limit when they see a cop.
2. People who cut in front of you then turn without using their turn signal.
And the number one thing that ticks me off: When somebody is trying to pull into traffic, and you decide to be nice and let them in. Then they just look at you and don't go.

A person on the highway talking in a cell phone, yelling at their kid on back, taking a sip of Coffey and trying to find directions on their navigation screen all while going 55moh in the far left lane.

Rubberneckers!! What is so fascinating about someone mangled in an accident.
Lane changers!! What is the point of getting in someones comfort zone, just to get one car length ahead of another car.
Lane Hogger!! If you can't do the speed of the flow of traffic, get in the right lane. Setting next to the car in the right lane, isn't cool!!

Tailgaters-people who follow you WAY too closely. Also slow drivers-people who drive at 40 mph no matter what the speed limit and speeders-people who drive WAY too fast! And people who don't signal when changing lanes!

Police, and here is why.
Have you ever noticed how police get to break the laws that you get fined for? On my morning commute, which is about 10 minutes on an interstate highway, the average traffic pace is about 65-70 mph (speed limit 55). I usually stay out of the fast lane - I drive a Z28, which gets enough attention without being in the fast lane, begging to be pulled over. I see police cruisers blow by at well over 70 mph, with no lights on! But as soon as I float up to about 70 mph, I get lit up in a second. It just frustrates me to no end, watching their blantant abuse of power. They get to speed, cut over 3 lanes of traffic in a single swerve, roll through stop signs, the list goes on and on. But when we think of doing any of that in their presence, ticket. I wish there was a way to police them. God knows my car is plenty fast enough to catch them.
*end of rant*
But yeah, police annoy me the most when I'm driving.

People who pull out in front of me, so I have to brake, when there is no one behind me, and THEN go slower than the speed limit, so that I am stuck behind them.
Complete morons, full tilt bozos.
