No not normally. But not to far between the first twin and the second one.

Not nessecarily. Probably around the same time but when a woman gets her period depends on other things aside from genetics. It depends on their enviorment, activities, level of stress, other women around them and when they get their period and much more. For example if a woman is under large amounts of stress her period might come much sooner or much later. If a woman participates in alot of sports and due to this or for other reasons has a low body fat % this can delay the coming of their period. There are many outside factors aside from genetics so not unless the twins, participate in the same activities, exisit in the exact same enviorment and deal with the exact same amount of stress it is more likely they will get their period around the same time but not at the same time.

no, I have twin sisters. One has her period, the other doesn't.

Not necessarily but they may sync up as time passes due to pheromones.
