Do not be a couch potato. It is the easiest thing in the world to become a couch potato. You know what we are talking about don’t you’ That shapeless thing that sits or reclines on a shapeless chair in front of the television and stupidly munches away at something fried! If you are inclined to become a promising old couch potato, break the habit, cut at the very root of the vine. And you want to know what the best way is for that’ Take away that favorite chair of yours. In fact, it would be a very good idea if you could keep a chair that isn’t too comfortable in front of the TV. This will discourage any tendency to become a couch potato.

There is no fast way to lose weight. May I just say, that you have had all year to lose weight, so now you want to lose weight fast? There's no fast/safe way to lose weight. In order to lose weight safely, you must eat healthy, exercise daily, (walking is great) & drink a lot of water. You can lose weight in four weeks but not that much.

You shouldn't lose weight but you can dress as if you did. Instead of a crash diet that can leave you blotchy and believe it or not bloated try a slimming body shaper and a well fit dress or pant suit. You will look 5-10lbs lighter and feel fantastic too! Good Luck!

just get more active, play sports or join a dance class, something you'll enjoy
I don't suggest going on a diet, eat more healthy
a lot of whole grains, veggies and fruits
drink lots of water

First of all, I think you're too young to be dieting. Try jogging 30 minutes a day - at your age that is all it should take.
