You must be a MILLIONAIRE! (LMFAO! ! !)
Seriously, I actually KNOW someone who owns a 7,62NATO G.E. mini-gun(HE IS a millionaire!), but he wouldn't sell HIS for a 1/2 mill.
Even if you had his resources, you'd probably be SOL, as, due to the (unConstitutional) 1986 full-auto ban, the market is limited to what Class 3 weapons were available at that time, and I doubt you will find one for sale anywhere.

Yes, for real, try Den's Guns, in Lakeville, Mass. I am an ex, the rules, got too complicated, and too much paper work, class 3 federal firearms dealer, and a type ten, manufacturer, so you can count on what I tell you about it. The person that, said that, you or most people, can't own one, ignorant of the USC, on firearms, the person that said ebay, doesn't know that because of their policies, you can't sell firearms, on their site. And lastly the person who said a pawn shop, is also an idiot, as, you must, be a class 3 dealer to sell one, and most pawn shop owners, aren't even class 1 dealers. The fact is almost anyone, who is not a felon, and will pay a one time $200, transfer tax to the batf, can own any kind of gun they want. Be it a bb gun or a mini gun. incidently, the batf has no mandate for police powers, and if they did, they don't have any jurisdiction, anywhere other than Wash DC. they are an agency, of keepers of records of taxes paid. And that is it.

Miniguns are'nt legal in the USA, because they're considered a heavy-assault weapon. Most of the time they're mounted on helicopters for offensive/defensive purposes.

Legally? You can't in the United States, because it is an automatic weapon. Well, MOST people can't.

Illegally? Well, I don't condone illegal activity, especially not ones involving firearms (makes people want to take them from law-abiding citizens such as myself).
