If you mean the output from BSkyB you will need a dish and sky box, and a video input device for the PC. In other words no, you might as well use a TV. If you want the Freeview channels then there are cards and USB devices that will handle this. For cable TV there are also options but you need to speak with your cable provider. However BSkyB is setting up a download service for some programmes.
