My boss has been using the plastic silverware, and putting it back into the box. I am looking to buy individually-wrapped plastic silverware, so we will know the forks we are using haven't already been in someone's mouth. Where can I buy these?

GFS or Sysco Food services....I have never seen the individually wrapped from Sam's club. Good luck at any rate, I wouldn't want to use plastic ware that has already been in someone else's mouth. You may want to consider bringing your own silverware to and from work. Then you will know where it has been.

Check the phone book for a restaurant supply "Cash & Carry" kind of place. They usually cater to the smaller establishments and sell to the general public as well.

At a wholesale club like Sams Club. They are with the other products used by food vendors. It's a large quantity, though.
