Yup, get him neutered now..And if you are going to have him around other dogs, get out there and socialize him around other dogs while he is still young.. Akitas can be very dog aggressive. Socialize him to everything you want him to like, be able to do, that you want him to accept.. kids, people, other dogs etc.

I always wondered about these dogs because you don't see too many of them. The are gorgeous. I'm almost surprised to hear that they're agressive.
