One chef to stir, one chef to criticize their stirring technique, one chef to to complain about too much of this and not enough of that, one chef to argue that only organic and local ingredients should ever be used, one chef trying to make a cooking show out of the whole thing, and one chef to complain about how hollandaise gets all the credit when there are so many other better underrated sauces out there. I guess that makes seven chefs?
