This one I found online and it is AWESOME! It is one of our favorite dishes : The Best Marinated and Baked Tofu Recipe EVER!

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

1 package extra firm tofu
1 cup mustard dressing
1/4 cup tamari
1 teaspoon hickory smoke flavoring
1 clove garlic minced finely
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
freshly ground pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice tofu to your liking. Mix all ingredients well. Dip tofu into the marinade. You can let it marinate for a little while if you like but its not necessary. Lay the tofu slices on a sprayed cookie sheet and grind pepper over the top of them. Bake for about 20 minutes turning about halfway through and baste with excess marinade. Tofu will bubble and brown when it is finished. This tofu is great on sandwiches and has a very egg-like taste. Enjoy!
