Noooooo! I'm a heatlh nut and I exercise a lot. I've read that you really should not have food after 8 pm. It doesn't matter how hungry I am, if it's past 8, I won't eat. I might just have some water.
Now, my exception to that rule is if I happen to be out drinking w/ my pals.....but if I need to eat after a night of that, it's technically the next morning anyway.
:-)

When I'm pulling an all nighter to get an assignment in for the next day or if I'm cramming all night then I do NOTHING but eat - I don't seem to be able to study without eating - even during the day, if I study I eat!!! - I think it makes studying more enjoyable as I have to have something nice to munch on - it can be anything from a proper dinner of steak with peppercorn sauce and mash potato to sweets and crisps or cake and ice cream.

The biggest problem I find is that due to doing 99% of my studying at night (after the kids have gone to bed) I have gotten too used to eating at night and I find that even if I am not hungry and I have NO studying to do I just cannot resist the urge to eat late at night.

Fortunately for me I am still only tiny (size UK 8) and I've just finished the 3rd year of my degree and this is how it has been throughout that time, so its not worrying at the moment.

I love to eat a big 'ol bowl of cereal late at night. My cereal of choice lately is Frosted Flakes. I also like to crumble up cinnamon graham crackers and pour milk over them.Yummmm!

I've been known to get up at midnight and make an open face salami and cream cheese sandwich and eat it while plodding back to bed.

I had often craved frozen grapes and strawberry jell-o when I was pregnant.
