Im never scared for my safety, I mean im not scared he'll hit me. He's just always nagging and questoning me, Im happy he cares but how can I make him relax and not always have it in the back of his head that Im doing something wrong?

Dump him! Trust me it will only get worse. If he is questioning you, he doesn't trust you and that is not a good basis for a relationship.
Jealousy is such an ugly characteristic in a person.

You can't make him "relax", that is not his nature. He is what he is and will not change over time. You are being foolish to think he can change, and even worse for wanting to change him. I highly doubt you would be very happy with him if he wanted to change something about you.
Regardless, either accept him for who he is or find someone new. It is your choice to make...

take him out with your friends or family more often (force him to go if he doesn't wanna), show him what you do when you arent with him..... tell him to buy your best friend some azteca ;)
and call and check in. then do the same to him.
