Get your body into a set routine.
Start going to bed at the same time each night, then set your alarm for the same time each day (even on weekends). When your alarm goes off, get up! Don't hit snooze--it's usually harder to get outta bed once we hit snooze several times. Then, start your routine.
It'll take your body some time to get used to this, but it will get easier.

Cold....go outside and walk first thing! Take a cool shower- don't wake up and sit or lay ANYWHERE...keep moving.
I have this same problem and I always have. I can go back to sleep if I relax AT ALL up to an hour after I get up! Just get busy right away and any cool air helps wake me up. A very strong cup of coffee doesn't hurt either!

i have the SAME problem!!!
i found it's easier to just get yourself up and out of bed and start doing something i.e. eating breakfast or showering or getting ready. don't snooze. the first few minutes i might still be a bit grogey but if i just keep going i wake up, instead of me sleeping in for another hour or so and then feeling that tired again when i rewake up.

Go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every morning and make sure you get 7-8 hours of sleep.

When you first wake up, rinse your face off with ice cold water. Afterwards, eat a big healthy breakfast full of protien to give you the energy to exercise.

You should try to just get up and get moving; that will get your blood pumping. Eat a healthy breakfast and make sure it has plenty of protein then start your exercises.

during the day
do not take naps
because it will affect your sleepiness at night
It is easier if you ask someone to wake you up in the morning, and not stop waking you up / bothering you until you're completely awake.
