if she's not cheating now, she may be soon. Sounds like shes unhappy. Dont know if theres much you can do. I dont believe a counsellor can bring a sex drive back...i'd love to be proven wrong...

Not neccesarily. She may have some issues with your relationship. My advice is to talk to her about it. Find out what's wrong. It could be as simple as, she feels like you are ignoring her, or don't appreciate her anymore.

It will not come out as anger as much as distance...when you not longer feel emotionally connected.
If you are living together/married, there might be some other signs as well.
