You can go to your local airport and purchase the ticket at the counter there.

As pointed out, you can just go to the airport and buy your ticket in cash from the counter. A debit card will work but you need to have about 1.5 times the cost of the ticket in your account. The airline will restrict your access to that much until they get their money in a couple of days. Otherwise you really do need a credit card to make any kind of on-line purchases.

It's nice to print your e-ticket out, but you don't need it to get your boarding pass. Just go up to the counter to check in, or swipe your drivers license through the kiosk to get the boarding pass. The only reason to have your e-ticket is in case your reservation is lost, or your flight gets canceled. Otherwise, you have no need for the e-ticket.

Call a local travel agent and have them get the same price you found and then pay them in cash directly.

you can buy one at the airport or go through a travel agent and give them cash. i would contact a travel agent since they can give you better deals. you won't get discounts at the airport.
