I keep having this dream in which, I am sleeping and when I wake up someone is in my house. They usually run when I wake up.

I have had this dream a few times as well. What I have learnt through the years, is that the house represents my life. I have a lot of crisis in my life at the moment and the house being broken into, in my experience, means that there is something troubling you about your life or situation that you have not resolved yet or are uncertain about how to resolve it. It may not be the same for you, but perhaps this is something to consider.

I think it is in Luke 12. The Lord Jesus said, "And know this, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, an not have suffered his house to be broken through. Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not". Or, you are not guarding your life the way you should be. And, it is allowing the devil or the thief to break in and kill, steal, and destroy.
