or why do you love Jeff Gordon?

I don't hate Jr, I think he's a little overrated and I just get tired of hearing about him.
There are other drivers on the track that are doing better than him, but because their last name isn't Earnhardt they don't even get mentioned. He can be running around the track in 19th place and the cameras are still all over him and monitoring his radio.
If you look at the other drivers who came into the Cup series when Jr did in 2000. Kurt Busch, Matt Kenseth, Tony Stewart all have won Championships, but people still think the Jr is the Greatest ever.
I'm a Gordon fan because he grew up in my area

How can you make such a STUPID statement about Jeff Gordon being handed everything and Dale Jr having to work for everything he's gotten?
Gordon didn't have a FAMOUS last name to get doors opened for him.
Dale Jr might be a Country Boy but growing up he was a VERY RICH country boy

i dont hate or love any racer im a long time gordon fan because he is a race car driver unlike so many others in this sport he wins on super speedways short tracks road courses and 1 1/2 mile tracks if he has a decent car he can win any time thats why i like the C.O.T. it makes the cars even and leaves it up to the driver
does any one think jr. really earned everything he has on his own he grew up the intimidators son he didnt grow up with some poor mechanic for a father who had to build his own cars and scrape money together for parts he was given the best money can buy which is great but quit talking about how gordon was handed everything and jr. had to earn everything

Gordon is a good driver but he is a whiney butt. He's had everything handed to him on a silver platter all his life. Dale Jr. is a driver and has had to earn everything he ever got. Now thanks to his step-mom Teresa, he is giving it all up to go on his own. Jr. has personality, Gordon has the ability to make you sick. Anyway, GO KENSETH 17

Well I don't hate Jr I think he is cool ,I like Gordon because I noticed him in busch racing and I was a Petty fan so when The King retired it was Jeffs first race so I started pulling for him right from the start.24 RULES !!!!

Jr is a true racer he did learn from the best but he has his own attitude when he losses a race or recks he blames himself unless he has cold hard proof that someone else messed somthing up. he is an icon for nascar he has the skill of the best and he can win on any track he is the best and who ever does not see that they are stupid! Gordon suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YA

Well I don't hate Junior but he is not my favorite either and neither is Jeff Gordon.

Dale Jr is a cutey pie. I have always liked him and am amazed of his down to earth attitude. Jeff Gordon, who really cares.

Number one most people are Dale Jr fans.. to begin with there are very few people that dislike him.. most people dislike Jeff Gorden.. .. all he every does is cry... and even when he wins he cries about something.... He is a good racer.. but he needs to be more mature.... I mean come on... BUT DALE JR. IS SEXY!!!!!!
