It's actually a lot easier than a lot of people think.

E.G

Glass of fruit juice on waking = 1 fruit (must be pure and only one glass can be counted per day)
Apple at breakfast = 1 fruit
Dried fruit mid morning = 1 fruit
Carrot and coriander soup for lunch = 1 Veg
Handful of berries (raspberries, strawberries mid afternoon) = 1 fruit
Chilli Con Carne made with sliced onion (1 veg), a tin of chopped tomatoes (1 veg), and sweetcorn ( 1 veg), served with rice and salad (1 veg)

That totals 4 Fruit and 4 Veg.

I do, every day - although it seems to be easier during the week when I'm at work and take it all with me. Dr has recommended I do seven a day - that is harder! Lots of fruit and veg, smoothies and fruit juice - baked beans act as one portion too... Frozen, tinned and dried also count and I've found little school bars that are designed for kids - almost like a chewy bar - I've just eaten a Jordans frusli all fruit bar - that's one portion.

I know it is hard to get all of the fruits and veggies in a day that you really need in order to acheive a healthy appetite, but I have a simple solution for you if you really want to be healthy and get all of those things that you need. I recommend the 7 garden or the multivitamin for you! These are the best products money can buy and they are sure to help you with your goals!

I have nine to ten portions a day. Five is actually woefully inadequate. When the government were working on the campaign, the original figure was nine portions but they thought that would be too hard for most people to achieve. Now lots of people have 2 to 3 portions and think they are doing OK.

i find it easy. an apple and banana sometime in the morning. lunch is usually a salad. i have dried fruit as a mid afternoon snack and 2 or 3 veg with my evening meal. and none of that is any more expensive than a bacon sandwich or a burger

Me! Probably 5 or 6 days a week i reckon. Get in 2 at breakfast and then the other 3 don;t seem like much of a challenge

I do! Throughout the day I always have 2 large apples (4 serving of fruit), a salad (1 vegetable) a sandwich packed with mushrooms and romaine (1 vegetable) and celery sticks with fat free cream cheese (1 vegetable).
total: 4 fruit & 3 vegetables

Oh god, great question! I really try but it's so hard! Especially when you go to work and buy food there! Our work has a cafe and there really isn't much fruit and veg option! F&V is so expensive these days as well, i can't buy as much of the stuff as i used to!

I try but i don't always fancy eating five portions of fruit or veg a day, so i always have plenty of fruit juice in to make up for that !.
