IF your employer(s) reported your earnings to IRS, then the Social Security Administration has a complete list of your earnings for each year along with employer name. You would have received either a W-2 or a 1099 from each employer. You can ask your former employer(s) for a copy of these documents. If they refuse to service your needs, they are in non-compliance to government requirements. You could report them.
