I have a few different colors of Manic-Panic hair dye and would like to mix a few to come up with a different color, is that ok to do? Or will it just be a waste of hair dye?

Like one of the other posters said: Don't waste your money on Manic Panic. Use Special Effects or Punky gelles. On the mixing thing, I've done it before without problems, just use common sense about what colors you use. Pravana is a very different product than dyes like SFX and Manic Panic - which if she's a hair dresser she should know. SFX, Manic Panic, Punky, Fudge Paintbox, these are all NO LIFT rainbow colors - there are no agents like ammonia and peroxide in these dyes, so they don't damage the hair at all, mixing the dyes won't damage your hair anymore than using a single shade will.

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.

Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

dont because you wont get the color result you'll expect.... i dont use manic panic, i use PRAVANA, like for example, if you mix the magenta and the fire engine red, you get lite brown!... so you shouldnt because you dont know the underlying pigment in the color and you mite end up having a color you dislike.....

actually, "manic panic" is probably a total waste of your money...try "special effects" instead, much longer lasting!!!
