since we cant choose which body parts to lose the weight off - it just has to be overall weight loss.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

2 things I've started doing: eat healthier (even though I already ate healthy) and try to burn calories in everything I do. I have the same problem with that middle weight, I just had my 2nd in March, and both times I've delivered people ask me 2 months later when I'm due - its depressing. I only weigh 139, which isn't bad after having a kid and I am 5'7". I have started eating more fruits and vegetables and drinking only water. When I had my daughter I stopped drinking everything except water and that helped me drop the weight fast. Also, I cut out as much sugar as I could. I was very aware of how much sugar and white starchy breads I ate. Also I walked every day, I am just now starting to do this again. Its hard to fit in with 2 kids now, and I'm sure with you having 3 its harder. But you have to make the time. You can't drop the weight until you burn it off and stop "feeding" it with sugary starchy foods. Maybe you already eat healthy, so in that case you should just work on the cardio/exercise portion. Also drink water water water! Best advice I ever received! And don't eat 2 or 3 big meals, eat small ones and healthy snacks inbetween. A few other things I do to burn extra calories are: park farther away when shopping rather than parking as close to the store as you can; when you go to the mall, walk a few extra laps around, when you clean the house strap your baby (if you have one) to you in a carrier so you can burn a bit more calories while you houseclean (I also strap my baby to me sometimes when I walk rather than push him in a stroller). Hope I helped a little! Good luck, I know how HARD it is! :)

I had the same problem my dear!!! I have a little girl and I couldn't seem to get the weight of either!!! I tried going the healthy route. Before, I was tired and I got migraines one to two times a week at least. I was also wanting to lose about 20 pounds! After the very first day on the products, my energy skyrocketed, I had more control over my appetite and cravings and I just felt good all over! After being on the products for a while now, I have complete and total control over my appetite and cravings, I have tons of energy, and I have not had but one migraine in the last 3 weeks! The best part is I have lost 13 inches and 10 pounds in the last 3 weeks and I did all of it without being hungry. I feel amazing and I have recommended these products to my personal friends and family. You will feel better and you will be happier because of it! I wish you the best of luck no matter what you decide! If you would like to know more ab;out what I have done then you can check out this site and get a free sample pack to try!!!

Is the weight around your middle the stretched skin from your pregnancies, or have you always had fat around your middle? If it's skin, go to a plastic surgeon and get a tummy tuck. If it's a combination of both then get a DVD from some exercise guru that uses dance as the form of exercise. If you lose the fat, and the skin is still flappy, get it cut off. You will feel better about your self image, and it will look great.

Before you decide to throw in the towel and devour a pint of ice cream in despair, take heart. With a few small lifestyle changes, you can begin to fight the battle of the bulge.

• Get moving and make it a habit. Plan to do some kind of exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, every day.

• Do a combination of aerobic and strength training exercise. The aerobic work burns calories, as well as improves cardiovascular health, and Das advises that weightlifting has been shown to preserve lean mass and decrease some age-related decline.

•Eat balanced, nutritious meals that control hunger and maintain blood glucose.

Being armed with the knowledge of how aging changes your body may give you the willpower to transform that New Year's resolution into a "new you" resolution. As Roberts says, "Weight control isn't rocket science. It is a question of balancing calories in and out."

Honestly, studies show that is one of the last places you'll lose fat. So in other words, lose all of your body fat and it'll go. In women it's where we store not fat-from-food fats but stress related fat. I'm not sure I get it...I only know that from what I've read and the doctors I've been too (I've lost a good bit of weight and back to original weight now.) that's how it works.

I'm at a similar age and I've never had to worry about weight until I reached 40!

I've had great success with backwards sit ups (Denise Austin and my physical therapist recommended them).

Lay on your back with your hands behind your head. With your legs together, bring your knees up at a 45 degree angle to the floor. Cross your ankles and pull your knees up toward your chest. Release so your legs go back to the original position (don't put your feet back to the floor) and repeat.

The trick is as you do this, squeeze your stomach muscles tight (like someone was about to punch you; don't suck in).

It's very easy going, you don't hurt your neck, and you don't have to do it fast. I promise you that this will work because it did for me (and I'm older than you).
