Does anyone know if there is anywhere I can buy or download tapings of musicals, like Wicked of Rent. The movie Rent suck but I enjoyed it at the theatre. I also very much enjoyed Wicked and I would love to see it again but I don't live close. Any help would be appreciated,

You won't find legal copies. The only ones are bootlegs which of course are not widely avalable. YouTube has some clips as well as some live performances from shows like The Today Show. I have no idea where you can find the bootlegs though, sorry.

There are very few productions that are taped for viewing consumption. Any DVD's out there in mass circulation are bootleg copies. There are some Broadway Bootleg dealers out there.
Every Broadway show, however, is taped and placed in the Library of Congress. I don't know if they can be checked out. I'm going to assume not.

www.broadway.com is a good source for that stuff, since sometimes there will be a special edition of a recording of a show. i found this list of DVDs on there:

and if you look through the list, a DVD of rent is available, but i don't see wicked.

I don't think you will find these yet. There are not many Broadway shows on DVD other than their film version. At least not recently released shows.

you could in case you get ipod Linux, i've got have been given had it on my ipod for a pair of months, and it hasn't broken yet, additionally in case you get it you could located video games into you're ipod, it particularly is sturdy interesting!
