Tell it No! push it away swiftly and abruptly, repeat as needed. (actually, any word or sound will work)

If you go to your local pet store there is a product called Bitter Apple.
It's exactly what it says, a spray that tastes bitter and repels animals from biting and licking.
One lick and the yucky taste will make the puppy stop.
Make sure you continue using the spray until the puppy stops even attempts at licking your feet.

Well, puppies do lick your feet because they love and respect you. I can't believe the cruelty and stupidity of some of these answers!
Puppy will grow out of this - it only lasts a little while.
Do as DP says, or just put shoes on.
Find something else for puppy to do.
Play more with puppy; he needs more attention.
Make it training time instead, and teach him to sit, heel on leash, to come to you when called, and "down" to lie down.
Thru training you make him smarter and easier to live with!

PetSmart carries a spray called Bitter Apple. You'll want to condition the pup to dislike it first by putting a little in his mouth. Spray your feet and anything else you dont want him chewing on.
Redirect his behavior. Give him something to do. Like a cow hoof or a compressed rawhide. Or a Kong filled with snacks.
When he goes for your foot... Give him a loud EHEH!! And put him in a time out. This is tying a leash to like your table leg and hooking him to it. Hide behind a wall and count to 10 seconds, then let him out. Be very very consistant or nothing will work. Good luck.

Wash your feet more?
Dogs like to lick people's skin.. It's the salt, and it's also a submissive type thing.. When he does it, take his muzzle gently in your hand and look him in the eye and simply tell him NO, and give him something else to play with to change his behaviour.
Don't hit him like someone is likely to tell you, don't spray him with vinegar or flick him in the nose, or whatever else stupid and aggressive advise you get... or anything else.. He's a puppy, merely curb the behaviour. Remember aggression builds aggression.. Your hands pet, they feed, they scratch ears, they redirect behaviour, but they NEVER are to be used to hit your dog.. You will have a dog that hates you, and thinks of you as an aggressive idiot if you hit, flick, smack, kick or anything else... Train your dog with love, not stupid nasty aggressive tricks that don't work in the long run.. Unless you are looking to teach your dog that you are nasty and cruel..
Time out doesn't work with dogs, cause they don't know why they are sitting there, and they don't know what the heck bad behaviour they are supposed to be thinking about.. They aren't going to come to you and tell you ' sorry I licked you ' they are on to something else and aren't sitting around wondering what it is that bugged your.. TELL THEM, SHOW THEM.. Time out is for kids who can contemplate their actions.. Not dogs who live in the moment and are on to something new..

It's actually a sign of affection. Younger dogs will lick older dogs as a sign of respect. Your puppy sees you as a pack leader, and so the licking. If you don't enjoy the wet tongue...use a spray bottle with water, and give him a squirt everytime he does it. He will learn that you don't appreciate that form of affection.

LOL, cute. Ok, it's annoying. I use this method and it works GREAT! Get a spray bottle, fill with water, and when it licks your feet, spray him or her and in a firm voice, say NO. After a few shots of water, they will get the hint.
Works everytime and it is safe, and no abuse. Don't hit the eyes though.
You can use this method for any bad habbits it may have.
Good luck!!

I can't believe the rudeness of some of the answers your getting. I think that your puppy is just showing you affection in the only way it knows how.

What kind of dog is it, I have a miniature dachshund who does the same thing, it is in their nature - for some strange reason, but the best way is taking a squirt bottle and spraying your dog each time he licks, say NO while squirting, that's the best way, flicking his nose or smacking him is cruel and useless.

if you dont want the dog to lick your feet tell him no in a stern voice and if he still does it move your feet so that he cant get to them you need to show the dog who is the boss by your tone of voice. and he will get the message not to bother your feet
