Why do put our faith in a man made goverment that has so many laws that conflict with god's. Did'nt Jesus say you cannot slave for 2 masters

Correct! When the jews tried to make Jesus king, he got out of town. When the lawyers and clergy tried to trap Jesus into breaking Roman law, Jesus told them his Kingdom was no part of this world, just as his people were no part of the world and that is why they would be hated. The world doesn't hate what is just like them.
