Could you please tell me any medical or medical based under graduate courses where I could start in Russia and complete the same in any of the Scandinavian countries? And their website.

I'm not sure what you are asking here. Do you want to volunteer in Russia as a medical professional or do you want training in Russia?
If it's the first one, I'd suggest the group called Doctors without Borders, do a search online and their website will come up.
If it's the second, have you contacted the leading medical schools in Russia and surrounding countries? Do you have access to the web to be able to do a search for these schools? I don't speak Russian so I wouldn't be able to help you translating the sites.

You can check it out on google. They have a lot of information. Another source would be wikipedia.com.
