Copy has a + operation.
From a command prompt, try copy file1+file2 file3
That will copy file 1 + file 2 into file 3. This may only work with basic text files, though. Make sure you save any files before trying this in case it goes wrong.

Why not creater a folder, give it a suitable name and put the files you have into the folder and new files can be saved into this folder. On your desktop use the right mouse button, scroll up to new, and then folder, give it a name and your done. Copy and paste your files into the folder.

Select all files, right click, then choose Send To, then Compressed Folder. This will create a compressed file (zipped) in the folder you are in. The file will automatically be named according to the last file selected, but you can then right click and choose Rename to change it.

Sure, you create a "new folder" on your desktop, place the disk in your computer and save them all into that one folder. Name it whatever you like.

i don't know exactly what you mean, but if you have multiple files and you want to compress them into a single file you should use winzip. http://winzip.com the free trial period last forever.
