All Major Public Universities are accredited by major Universities in USA, Europe, Australia and hundred of countries. They have their exchange programs with major universities in USA, Europe and Australia. for both undergraduate and post graduate programs.

Chulalongkorn University
Mahidol Univ.
Thammasart Univ.

That's a tricky question. Honestly, no qualification from a Thai university, even the best ones (Chulalongkorn and Thammasat) has the immediate international acceptance of a US school. However, Thai undergraduate degrees are accepted by US schools for students who wish to undertake their master's in the US.

Assumption University in Bangkok provides recognized degrees, I'm a student there.

Assumption University is recognized in the USA and other countries and the transfer of credits from the University are accepted abroad. First rank of Thai university is Chula (C.U)
Full name is Chulalongkorn University

If for medical science, might change to Mahidol University
Anyway this's in my opinion only. Other thai people may think different
