She asked me to take them,cause they were about ready to be put in foster care by children services,cause she has a drug problem and won't admit it,she has 7 children altogether by 3 different men,and the father of the 3 oldest has them. I want custody so she can't just come back and get them,cause if she does they will go to foster care.

Go back to children's services and petition for custody. Document your daughter's issues; refer to your guardianship; should be a no-brainer.

I would contact your local child and family services department. They should be able to help you with the process of getting custody of the kids. If you have guardianship of them then thats a start. It will be tough on some extent because the courts have to prove that the father is unfit to raise his children. If he has custody of them and it taking care of them then you would need to battle him in court. I would consult a lawyer as well as child and family services.

report her and make her get help and then start the process of foster to adoption maybe you will have to take a class to be license good luck

get a lawyer and bring all the proof you have... it sounds like it should be easy to do
