No dont.
Because now adays alot of people have degrees even taxi drivers and putting letters after your name especially when you are a PA looks like an attempt to get noticed and will only end in ridicule rather than recognition especially in an office environment. I personally think its useful if you need differentiation such as if you are a DR but you have a PHD
e.g. Dr Phylliss Grant PhD which tells people this person is a researcher rather than a G.P.
Also if you had a job which required a degree such as a Operational Research Manager in your firm; this job title would highlight the fact he is educated. The same for teachers.
You may want people to know youre educated but for whose and what purpose?
Ask yourself what is the purpose for you to do this?

Different Companies have different Policies in this area (place I worked for it was 'name' plus 'Company Signature', as defined by the IT Dept. (you know the usual rubbish ...'if this eMail is not for you, you must return all copies' ... as if it was a paper memo :-) ) only.
If there is no Policy, ask your Boss = some will be quite happy to have it known that their staff are "degree level" qualified - others will be unhappy (since they might not any have similar Qualifications :-) :-)

I would have to say you need to check your office protocol/ettiquette. I've got quite a few qualifications but it's not something that we do so i leave them off. No-one tends to be that interested in your qulaification once you've got a job it seems.

depends on context. if put in signature for all emails, it could look a little like bragging.
