I don't know what does the phrase "at ur best" mean in the above sentence.

Could u pls explain it 4 me? Thanks a lot! ^^

It should be at your best.
I would interpret the sentence as a criticism, basically saying "we're surprised to find this is the best you could do to send the stuff" (either in terms of the quality of their work, or the offer they made)

The sentence is actually not grammatical. Honestly, it sounds like one of those Nigerian scam emails that promises you $15 million dollars for your bank account number.

i think means like your at the height of what your doing for example

if you have a really toned figure - your at you best [ for your body shape]

im probly not making any sense i can't really explain it
