First of all, don't act upon these impulses no matter how big the urge is to do them. Take deep breathes...clear you're mind, slow down you're thoughts and relax.
You say you don't feel human...? Do you feel like yourself or like someone or something is controlling you? Do you feel like you are in you're body or an animals body?
I think you should go to you're GP and have it checked out just to be safe.

Do you mean you are talking in cliched tones and aping everybody? Are you not yourself? Do you not think anymore for yourself? Feelings, do you have any of your own?
First thing is to get in touch with what you're feeling. One thought, one feeling at a time. Cry if you need to.

If it happens when you're bored and your mind isn't working very hard, there's a good chance your brain is just entertaining you... If you get any impulse to hurt yourself or somebody else however, you should seek help.

Try looking up otherkin or therianthropy... you'll find many likeminded people. If it's not harming you or others it's not a disorder.
